Delivery Coverage
Waterlift Energy delivers products across Kenya. We serve Nairobi and surrounding counties, with nationwide delivery for select products. Our logistics team will confirm your delivery zone at the time of order.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on whether the product is in stock or made to order. Each product page clearly shows its stock status.
3–7 business days
Products marked In Stock are available immediately and will be dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
10–21 business days
Products marked Made to Order are built or sourced to your specification. Production typically takes 7–14 business days before dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of payment confirmation to schedule your delivery and provide a tracking update.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges typically range from KES 500 – KES 5,000 depending on your location and the size or weight of the product. Our team will confirm the exact delivery fee with you before your order is dispatched. You will not be charged for delivery until you have approved the cost.
For heavy items such as elevated water towers, a site visit may be required to assess access and confirm the final delivery charge before dispatch.
Installation
Professional installation is available for all products. Our technical team will coordinate an installation date with you at the time of delivery.
