1. Orders

All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. For made-to-order products, we will contact you to confirm specifications and delivery timelines before production begins.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price charged.

3. Payment

Payment is processed through PesaPal. We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers via PesaPal's platform. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by product type and location. In-stock products are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order products (such as elevated water towers) have a lead time of 10–21 business days depending on specifications. Delivery charges typically range from KES 500 – KES 5,000 and will be confirmed with you before dispatch. You will not be charged for delivery until you have approved the cost.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Products that have been installed are not eligible for return except where a manufacturing defect is verified. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or incorrect items. 6. Limitation of Liability

Waterlift Energy Limited's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from purchases made on this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
