Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the request must be submitted before this window closes and must meet the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Products that have been installed are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or were incorrectly supplied.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modification are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order products are non-returnable as they are built to customer specification, unless they arrive defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
- Products altered or modified after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via phone or email (see our Contact page) and provide:
- Your order reference number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied item, in which case Waterlift Energy will arrange and cover the return. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable except in the case of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Warranty Claims
All products carry manufacturer warranties. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Our technical team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
